Dear Staff, and Nurses of Carrington Place,
My mother-in-law was a resident of Carrington for several months. She passed away Friday night, December 20th. She was cared for in an excellent way. Her son and I visited her at different times and different days. We always found her well dressed, clean and secure. Any question was always addressed in a prompt manner and if we needed anything at all, the staff was there to assist us.
I enjoyed getting to know several nurses... I would especially like to thank the CNA who was with my mother-in-law when she passed away... I appreciate Dr. Tucker calling personally and speaking to me concerning some of "MeMa's" health issues.
I am sure no one wants to leave their home, however, Carrington cares for their residents in a family way that is greatly appreciated. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated for different occasions and a warm place to visit.
We thank you again and appreciate all of you.

Excerpt from the Charlotte Observer's Obituary
The family extends a heart-felt thank you to every single staff member and volunteer at Carrington Nursing Home. You are angles from heaven. Words can never adequately express our gratitude for all you did for our mother during her last two years. You will always be in our hearts.

This is a special "Thank you" to all the dedicated staff at Carrington Place who were instrumental in my recovery and were so kind and caring during my two-week stay.
I appreciate so very much your being there when I needed you.
It is comforting to know that if and when I need you again, Carrington Place will again make my stay comfortable and rewarding.
Again, Thanks to all.

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the very good care of my father-in-law, Bob. As you may be aware, my mother-in-law is now in the hospital and I was there yesterday when both my husband and father-in-law arrived. The nurses were very pleased with his progress as they remember him very well from his hospital stay!
Papa was telling me last night at dinner that the therapists were all very good and he enjoyed working with them. One particular act of kindness he expressed was the PT who always brought him a HOT cup of coffee! Such a small, thoughtful gesture really meant a lot to him, as well as to me when he shared that with me!
He is much clearer now and I see improved balance. Thank you so much and please share our appreciation to all!!
